Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

This course has been commissioned by John Farrington & Co Limited to help improve awareness of equality, diversity and inclusivity. This is an introductory course, covering the Equality Act 2010, discrimination in its many forms, what to look out for in the workplace and when to speak up against discrimination. Complete with in-course quizzes reiterating key points to remember, this course helps to raise awareness of the potential issues marginalised groups could face and celebrates diversity and the benefits this can bring to employees and organisations alike.
